What is the menu button?

Some fields are followed by a button that looks like this:

The button is named menu button, however there may be several menu buttons on a form. To make it clear which button the instructions refer to, the instructions use the field name followed by menu. For example, the title Master Contacts menu refers to the at the end of the Master Contacts field.

In the following image, clicking on the Master Contacts menu opens a pop-up menu of tasks that apply to the Master Contacts field. You can click on a task to select it or click on a different section of the screen to make the menu disappear.
