Account Inquiry

If you're using Connect Document Management, or a third party document management application, you can use the Document Management tools to add, edit, search, store, and launch the Document Management Interface.

Viewing documents

Click the View Document button to view documents. The View Document button is located on the main toolbar and you can find it on the right-side of the screen on the Detail tab.

Viewing documents on the Attachments tab

You can use the Document Management button on the Attachments toolbar to search and store documents. When you store a document, you can browse for a file, scan an item, and search for a document that's already stored in Document Management.

Using the Document Management menu

The Document Management menu has options that will let you search, store, and synchronize documents.

Search Documents

Look for a document that's stored in Document Management.

Store Document

Save a saved file or scanned file to Document Management.

Sync Drawer

Synchronize files between your computer and Document Management. You have the option of synchronizing current records or all records. Synch Current Record will use the user's default setting to create a new drawer or update an existing drawer. Sync All Records will use the user's default setting to create new drawers or update all existing drawers for all records.

If the option to Require User to Choose When Data Will Be Sent from Caselle to Create a New Drawer is not selected, Document Management will create a new drawer for each new record.
If the option to Require User to Choose When Data Will Be Sent from Caselle to Update an Existing Drawer is not selected, Document Management will add the file to an existing drawer.

Document Management Interface

Launch the Document Management Interface. This is the same interface that you would use if you had launched Document Management from System Management.
