Create a report, detail report, form, or electronic file.
SWT is the state withholding tax on earned income. The income tax withholding is in addition to the Federal withholding tax (FWT). Use the SWT Report to review the taxable amounts as a report, or print the taxable amounts to the state withholding form.
Print the SWT report or SWT detail report.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Payroll > State Reports > SWT Report.
2. Select SWT Report [Caselle Master] as the Title.
3. Set up the report dates and report options.

Print detail report (Select this checkbox to print the SWT detail report.)
4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The SWT Report prints.

6. Enter the File Name.

The SWT Report is saved as an electronic file.

If you make corrections to the SWT Report, reprint the report and select the checkbox titled Amended.

Report electronic quarterly state withholding information for the State of Utah. This report has been updated for 2018.
Do this...

4. Click to select the checkbox titled Create Electronic File.
5. Enter the File Name.
6. Select SWT Report (UT) - TC941E [Caselle Master] as the Format.
7. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The TC941E is created and saved.

Include the report detail. The detail report prints this information for each employee: Social Security Number, Total Wages and Allowances, Not Subject Amount, Amount Over Limit, and Taxable Amount. Use the detail report to check the employee information that will print on the report.
Print the SWT Report to the SWT Form.
Save the SWT Report as an electronic file.
Enter the destination location. This is where the electronic file is saved. If you do not include the drive and path, Connect will create the file in the default Caselle directory.
Select the electronic format that you will use to create the electronic file. The drop-down menu will show the supported electronic formats for your state.
Select this checkbox if you are submitting an amended TC-941E.
